WCW Championship TLC Match, CM Punk vs John Cena vs Randy Orton vs Chris Jericho

Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen this is your main event of the evening. The following contest is a TLC match and it is for...... the WCW Championship.



Garcia: Introducing first, from West Newbury, Massachusetts, weighing 250 lbs, John Cena!

The arena fills with a mixture of cheers and boo's as John Cena's music hits, Cena walks out to the stage and takes a glance around the arena before saluting everyone and running down the ramp and into the ring. Cena takes his shirt, hat, and dogtags off before his music dies off and he awaits the next competitor.



Garcia: And introducing the next participant, from St. Louis, Missouri, weighing 235 lbs, the viper............. Randy Orton!

The arena fills with a mixed reaction for Randy Orton who makes his way out on stage, He looks at the crowd for a second then starts his signature slow walk down to the ring, he enters the ring and climbs the turnbuckle to perform his signature taunt, he jumps down and awaits the next competitor.



And introducing the next participant, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, weighing 227 lbs, Y2J.......... Chris Jericho!

The lights in the arena go out and the crowd begins to boom with excitement and Y2J chants can be heard from miles away. The light up jacket lights up on stage and after a few seconds the pyro explodes and all the trons light up with Jericho's video. Jericho spins around on cue and runs to the left side of the stage where he throws his arms up in an effort to get more of a reaction out of the crowd, Jericho then runs to the right side of the stage and does the same thing, Jericho then walks to the center of the stage, takes a look at the crowd for a few seconds, then proceeds to make his way down the ramp and to the ring. Jericho slaps hands on both sides of the ramp on the way down, Jericho approaches the steps, climbs them, then enters the ring with a grin on his face a mile long while looking at his opponents in the ring. Jericho and the other competitors await the final participant in the match.



And introducing the final participant, from Chicago Illinois, weighing 218 lbs, he is the WCW Champion......... CM Punk!

The arena fills with boo's except for the hardcore CM Punk fans in the building that are going nuts for him. Punk walks out slowly with his arms stretched out and WCW Championship around his waist, he gets down on one knee, rubs the ground with his right hand before pulling it up and yelling...... IT'S CLOBBERING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Punk then walks down the ramp and arrives at the steps, he climbs them and proceeds to climb to the top rope and shout...... BEST IN THE WORLD!, he then climbs down into the ring and hands his title to the referee.

Jericho takes off his jacket, Punk takes off his shirt, and Cena removes his shirt and hat. The referee holds the title up before climbing the ladder and hooking it in to the hook that will hold the title above the ring, the ref climbs down and calls for the bell and the highly anticipated main event is underway.

The match starts off with the four competitors immediately separate, going after there own rivals, Cena and Jericho go at it, Punk and Orton also begin to go back and forth trading blows. Cena goes outside to get a ladder, meanwhile Orton goes outside and grabs one of the tables,they both re-enter the ring and are met with fierce punches and kicks from both Jericho and Punk, Orton fights his way to his feet and hits a massive right hand connecting with Punk's skull knocking him out on the table, Jericho notices this and takes advantage by running towards the ropes and springboarding off with his signature lionsault putting Punk right threw the table.

Cena takes the fight to Jericho yet again, this time hitting him with the spin out powerbomb, Cena waits for Jericho to get up and hits him with the brass knuckle punch right to the face knocking Jericho out, simultaneously on the other side of the ring, Orton picks up Punk and hits him with the backbreaker, Orton begins to coil for the RKO while Cena sets up for the F.U., Cena lifts a dazed Jericho onto his shoulders while Punk reverses the RKO and sets Orton up on his shoulders for the GTS, at the same time Cena lays Jericho out with the F.U. Punk lays out Orton with the GTS.

Cena reacts quickly by picking up the nearby ladder and slamming it right into Punk's skull, Cena notices that the title is his for the taking and sets up the ladder, he begins to climb it as fast as he can but before he reaches the top, Punk pushes the ladder over causing Cena to fall hard to the mat, Punk turns around and is met with an RKO form Orton, when Orton turns towards the ladder to begin to climb, he is met with a codebreaker from Jericho. Jericho turns around and Cena lifts him up going for the F.U. but Jericho slides off and hits Cena with a codebreaker.

On the other side of the ring Punk gets up before Orton, when Orton gets up Punk drops him with a Rock Bottom into an anaconda vise, Punk wrenches back as hard as he can causing Orton to tap, but this match is not pin or submission, you have to climb the ladder and retrieve the title to win. Jericho take notice of this and goes to lock in the liontamer on Cena, but he rolls through and locks Jericho in the S.T.F.U. and after a few seconds of fighting it, Jericho is forced to tap, but like I said you must climb the laddr and retrieve the title to win this type of match.

Cena and Punk begin to go at it causing a hurt Orton to slowly climb the ladder and reach the title, however just when it seems Orton has it won, Jericho pushes the ladder over but Orton hangs on to the title in mid air with nothing to rest his feet on, Jericho powerbombs Orton hard to the mat and the title still remains hoisted high above the ring, Cena lays out Punk and quickly takes advantage of Jericho daydreaming looking up at the title and throws him into the corner, Cena climbs as fast as he can and reaches the title, however once again Jericho pushes the ladder over, but Cena just like Orton holds onto the the title not wanting to let it go, Jericho once again saves the match, this time with a electric chair drop to Cena causing him to hit the back of his head hard on the mat.

As Orton and Cena lay on the mat unconscious after there massive falls from clinging on to the title, Jericho sets up the ladder and begins to climb the ladder, Punk notices and climbs up the other side both men match each other step for step on the climb up, the crowd is exploding with excitement for what they are witnessing, Jericho and Punk trade blows on the top of the ladder, punk hits a high kick on the top of the ladder causing Jericho to become dazed and nearly fall off of the ladder, Punk reaches the title and begins to unhook it when Jericho rakes his eyes, following the eye rake Jericho slams Punk's head into the ladder a few times, Punk will not go down he continues to grip the ladder with everything he has, Jericho grabs the title which is still hooked and nails Punk in the face with it finally causing him to fall off the ladder and land hard on the mat.

The arena explodes as Jericho unhooks the title and retrieves the Championship becoming the new WCW Champion.



Garcia: Your winner, and the neeeeeeeeeeewwww............ WCW Champion, Y2J!, CHRIS JERICHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jericho celebrates at the top of the ladder holding the title close to him and raising it to the fans who explode with Y2J chants.

The other 3 broken battered and beaten competitors exit the ring and begin that long hard walk to the locker room looking on as Jericho celebrates his championship victory.

Jericho climbs down the ladder and proceeds to climb all four turnbuckles to raise his title to the fans, he finishes climbing the fourth one, drapes the title over his shoulder, and requests a mic, he gets one from a ringside assistant and his music dies down in anticipation of what he is going to say.
