Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our weekly presentation of our WCW Monday Night Raw Power 10!. I am your host Michael Cole broadcasting live from WCW Monday Night Raw headquarters in Downtown Honolulu Hawaii!. We are only 2 weeks into age 2 and tempers are flaring, rivalry's are heating up, and tension in the locker room is at an all time high!. So now it's time to unveil Raw's power 10 for this week and see which superstars gained some spots, and loss some spots.
1. Y2J Chris JerichoY2J has made one hell of an impact since age 2 began, he has called out everyone on the roster for being disgraces and Jericho wannabee's, he has also won both of his matches, the first against the man who claims that he should still be WCW Champion Edge, and the other match was a fatal 4 way extreme rules elimination match which included the WCW Champion CM Punk, The Viper Randy Orton, and John Cena. Y2J has also vowed to claim what he claims is rightfully his, the WCW Championship. A new spark seems to be lit in Jericho, what sort of impact will Y2J make in the next few weeks?, will it be the end of the world as we know it?, tune in to WCW'S top show that is dedicated to people power, Monday Night Raw to find out!
2. Captain Charisma ChristianCaptain Charisma has been on a roll since age 2 began picking up victories against The Hardcore Legend Mick Foley, and Raw's most must see superstar and 1/2 of the tag team champions The Miz. Christian is turning out to be one of Raw's top superstars and his rank this week reflects it, I am sure there will be gold around Christian's waist soon enough.
3. The Best In The World CM Punk
The WCW Champion drops a few spots this week due to being eliminated 2nd in the 4 way match on raw this week. I am sure that the best in the world and his slithery greeseball of a manager Paul Heyman are cooking up some juicy scheme to ensure that Punk's title reign will never end, tune into WCW Raw every monday night at 8:00pm to find out.
4. Kevin NashKevin Nash has been letting his mean streak shine as of late, which in my professional broadcast journalistic opinion is a great move for him. Big Sexy has won 2 matches in a row, both of them in a dominating fashion, first knocking off Farooq with 3 jacknife powerbombs, and then this past week on Raw defeating the Funkasaurus Brodus Clay once again with an dominating performance. Kevin Nash is on a roll and is leaving nothing but broken bodies in his wake, will Nash make it to the finals and become the new Intercontinental Champion?
5. John CenaThe leader of the Cenation has to be frustrated over his match on Raw, Cena preaches to never give up, but when Y2J locked in the liontamer Cena had no choice but to give up. However after a long talk in the locker room with WCW'S toughest S.O.B. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Cena seems to have a new take on things. Only time will tell if Steve's pep talk put's a spring in Cena's step and propel's him to greatness once again.
6. The One Man Band Heath SlaterThe one man band has looked impressive since age 2 began and is in the center of controversy for his interesting relationship with Val Venis, I think Slater borrowed some of Val's personal porn collection, anyway Slater's got 2 wins in a row and it will be interesting to see where this friendship or at least mutual respect will go.
7. Bad Ass Billy GunnMR.ASS has been making sure to kick ass over the past 2 weeks with impressive victories against A.J.Styles and Bradshaw and therefore holds his spot at #7 this week. Who's ass will MR.ASS kick next?
8. Stone Cold Steve AustinAUSTIN 3:16 has been kicking ass and taking names since age 2 began with victories over The Man They Call Vader, and Shane O mac before he was fired from WCW. It seems as though Austin may be trying to mentor John Cena, we will see where this mentoring role leads Austin over the next few weeks.
9. The Baddest Man On The Planet Mike TysonMike Tyson has made a huge impact since deciding to head over to the wrestling ring with impressive wins over Mankind, and Santino Marella, one thing Mike Tyson has always been good at is talking a big game, and so far he has backed it up.
10. The Rated R Superstar EdgeAnd last but not least The Rated R Superstar Edge rounds out our power ten. After falling to fellow Canadian Chris Jericho on the first Raw of age 2, Edge picked up an impressive bounce back victory over DDP on this weeks Raw, proving that people should still FEAR THE SPEAR!
Well ladies and gentlemen it has been fun but that is all the time we have for you this week but tune in next week live from Raw headquarters right here in Downtown Honolulu Hawaii for another edition of our weekly power 10 to see where the superstars stack up on Raw's power 10.
